Royalty Transplant Foundation is seeking a skilled volunteer to help strengthen our brand presence and create professional marketing resources to support partnership and sponsorship outreach.

The volunteer will assist with refining our existing messaging for consistency, developing a simple brand style guide, creating editable Canva templates, and designing two priority marketing assets (such as a partnership one-pager, sponsorship packet, or organizational brochure).

These resources will help us better communicate our mission, showcase our impact, and build stronger relationships with hospitals, organizations, and community partners.

This toolkit will enable Royalty Transplant Foundation to present a consistent, professional case to hospitals, foundations, corporations, and community partners, helping secure partnerships, funding, and in-kind support that expand inpatient care packages, peer mentorship, milestone celebrations, and educational resources—reducing isolation and improving transplant patients’ emotional well-being.

Our team will collaborate closely with volunteers to share existing materials, review drafts, provide timely feedback, and approve final assets. We will identify a primary contact and schedule regular check-ins so work can be iterated and delivered as ready-to-use files.

Organization Mission

Royalty Transplant Foundation serves organ transplant recipients and their families by providing inpatient care packages, peer mentorship from transplant survivors, transplant milestone celebrations, educational resources, and partnerships with hospitals and community organizations. Our goal is to improve patients’ emotional well-being, reduce feelings of isolation, and remind every transplant recipient that they are never alone in their journey.
