We need a volunteer to review our current monthly budget and financial risk factors, run through stress-test scenarios focused on reducing our monthly burn by 15%, and advise on a reserve strategy that can serve as a springboard for scaling and long-term sustainability. During the hour we’d like high-level validation of assumptions, prioritized levers to pursue, and recommended next analytical steps; specific financial details will be provided in-session.
