Building our brand through consistency and messaging
We are looking for tips on how to ensure all our staff are creating outreach materials (flyers, social media, presentations) that meet our brand standards and effectively communicate to our wide variety of audiences. Should we create templates and require their use? Train all our staff on design principles? Have a team of designers? Contract out all design work? Help us create a strategy for our growing organization to move forward and help us identify which professionals we need going forward.
