We were formed at end of 2022 and need suggestions to firm up our very basic organizational bylaws.

Our nonprofit was organized to help support youth sports tournament funding through fundraising. A few specific questions for this consultation call:
-We do not currently have board members so how do we hold elections among officers?
-What do we legally need to show to quid pro quo donors about cash flow - families pay dues for tournaments as one of our functions?
-What year-end receipts should we make available for funding situations?

I can share our current bylaws in advance of the meeting.

Organization Mission

The ICE GIVING Fund’s specific purpose is to benefit youth through young adults in the arena of community sports, including but not limited to ice hockey and community service projects. Among the goals are fostering physical fitness, teamwork, volunteer community involvement, rewarding individual effort and encouraging responsibility: “IMPACT(integrity, initiative), CONFIDENCE(community, commitment), EFFORT(empowerment, engagement)” (ICE).
