A written audit of LGBTQIAHealthNJ.org covering user experience, navigation, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, SEO, performance, content clarity, privacy/security, credibility, and the statewide provider/resource directory. Deliverables include prioritized issues, immediate "quick wins", recommendations organized by impact and effort, and a longer-term implementation roadmap. If time permits, the volunteer may implement a limited number of high-priority Wix changes.

Improving the website and directory will make it easier for LGBTQIA+ New Jersey residents to find and connect with inclusive providers and resources, strengthen the credibility of our information, and support education and advocacy for more inclusive systems of care. Volunteers will help expand equitable, affirming healthcare access across NJ.

Our team will collaborate with the volunteer; specific materials and access details will be provided during interviews. We anticipate a 4–6 week engagement with about 2–5 volunteer hours per week and will use the audit to prioritize, implement, and follow up on recommended improvements.
