I want to work with a skilled volunteer coach to become a stronger and more effective nonprofit executive. As the Founder and Executive Director of The G.R.I.E.F. Initiative™, I have built an innovative organization with a clear mission and vision. Now, I want to strengthen my leadership in strategic planning, executive decision-making, board governance, organizational growth, fundraising leadership, and team development. Through coaching, I hope to develop a leadership roadmap that will help me confidently guide the organization through its next phase of growth, build a sustainable organization, and expand our impact on justice-impacted individuals, families, and communities.
This volunteer will support my mission by strengthening my leadership capacity as Founder and Executive Director, enabling me to lead The G.R.I.E.F. Initiative™ with greater confidence, strategic vision, and organizational effectiveness. Through executive coaching, I will gain the skills needed to build stronger partnerships, develop sustainable growth strategies, strengthen board governance, and expand our reach. As a result, our organization will be better positioned to advance our five pillars of work and create lasting healing and systems change for justice-impacted individuals, families, and communities.
I will set this project up for success by establishing clear leadership goals and identifying the areas where I want to grow as Founder and Executive Director. I will dedicate time for regular coaching sessions, come prepared with questions and real organizational challenges, and remain open to feedback and new perspectives. I will implement the strategies and action steps developed through coaching and regularly evaluate my progress. My goal is to use this coaching experience to strengthen my leadership, build a more resilient organization, and position The G.R.I.E.F. Initiative™ for sustainable growth and greater community impact.
