We are looking for a volunteer to help us configure Salesforce to manage father intake and case management processes. You will help us streamline how single dads are enrolled and served by defining our data model and implementing the necessary custom objects, fields, basic workflows, and performance reports.

This project will streamline how single dads are enrolled, served, and tracked across programs, enabling staff to deliver timely support and measure outcomes. Volunteer contributions will directly improve services that enrich the lives and well-being of fathers and their children.

We will collaborate closely with the volunteer, assign a staff point of contact, and provide necessary access and documentation so the volunteer can iterate, test, and hand off usable configuration to our team.
