Help a start-up create standard operating procedures (SOP)! We are looking to work with a volunteer to draft and organize core policies, procedures, and staff/volunteer manuals for a newly formed nonprofit. The volunteer will produce clear, editable documents and templates; specific policies and priorities will be defined during kickoff.

By creating clear, accountable policies and manuals, Bros Foundation will deliver more consistent, prevention-focused wraparound services that strengthen housing stability, financial literacy, and workforce access for justice-impacted and at-risk individuals and families.

We will provide organizational context and be available to review drafts, give timely feedback, and implement finalized materials. Volunteers will collaborate with staff to refine templates and handoffs.
