Graphic Design for Fundraising Events Series

Fabretto is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that hosts 4 major fundraising events each year. We select an annual theme that guides our visual look and feel for the events each year. Last year's theme was "Bridges to Opportunity." We are looking for support from a skilled graphic designer who can help us bring our vision for this year to life through compelling graphic design. This year's theme is related to Connection - connection across countries, connection across our local partner organizations, connection among students, teachers, and their communities.

We are looking for a pro bono volunteer who can participate in listening session with our team to understand the concept for this events series, followed by generating proposals for the visual concept for the events. The key final products are: the general visual concept, banners for the website for the first event, and images to be used in email blasts and social media posts for the first event. Fabretto's team can edit the posts/images for the following 3 fundraisers during the year.

This project will help set Fabretto up for success at our four Night for Niños fundraisers and raise critical funding for children and youth in Central America. The funds that we raise go to supporting education, food security and nutrition, and youth development programs. Most of our work is carried out in remote, rural communities where students would otherwise not have the opportunity to continue their education.

Your work will make a big difference in helping to bring key donors in the room at each of our events (NYC, Miami, DC and Chicago) and raise the funds that are needed to make a real difference in children's lives.

Our team already has a concept for the events drafted that we can share with the pro bono volunteer. We can also share the designs that we have used in past years for reference. We have an updated Brand Book and guidelines that we can share too. We also have two team members who can use Adobe products and Canva for design; we're really looking for support to take this year's events to the next level, but our team is capable of making edits as needed throughout the year.
