We are looking for a volunteer to explore earned review models for our nonprofit. This project will result in a feasibility report comparing potential earned revenue options. Then, we'll collaboratively select 2 of the options to develop pilot plans for. The volunteer will research options, recommend the most viable approaches, and produce pilot designs with objectives, key activities, success metrics, and next steps.

By creating viable earned-revenue pilots, volunteers will help build sustainable funding to expand and sustain programs that support teens on their journey to become the best version of themselves. Their work will directly strengthen program continuity and reach.

We will provide our current ideas, any available data, and access to staff and stakeholders for interviews. Our team is ready to collaborate, review drafts, and help implement pilot recommendations.
