We are seeking a skilled volunteer to help us design and launch a US-based fundraising and donor outreach strategy.

The volunteer will support:
- Structuring a clear fundraising approach for private donors in the US
- Developing outreach messaging and donor engagement flows
- Identifying priority fundraising channels and next steps
This project will directly support our mission by strengthening the financial sustainability of our life-saving and long-term empowerment programs for women and girls in Southern Madagascar.

By helping us build a focused US-based fundraising and donor outreach strategy, the volunteer will enable our organization to expand emergency protection, trauma-informed support, and pathways to economic independence for women and their children.

The outcomes of this project will translate directly into increased safety, stability, and opportunity for women and girls in one of the most underserved regions in the world.
We have strong leadership buy-in and are fully prepared to support this project.
Our CEO will lead the project directly and work closely with the volunteer, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and decision-making.

We have gathered relevant materials, including program documentation, impact stories, visual assets, and an overview of our current fundraising efforts.
The outcomes of this project will be implemented immediately by our team to strengthen and scale our US-based fundraising activities.

We are committed to treating this engagement with the same professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability as a paid partnership.

Organization Mission

Innovation Respecting Culture Registered as a non-profit organization in the USA (501c3), IRC Africa initiates and raises funds for innovative projects in southern Madagascar that seek to utilize cutting-edge technology such as AI to bridge the digital divide. Our goal is to promote employment, health, and nutrition in communities across the region while strengthening the safety and independence of women through special programs. Through these, we work to prevent gender-based violence and provide multi-dimensional support to women who have experienced abuse, sexual exploitation, violence, and forced marriages for girls. Implementing these initiatives is essential, but most importantly, everything we do is achieved while respecting local traditions and ensuring sustainability.
