Design a simple gamification structure to motivate registered runners to exceed fundraising goals and create daily and weekly engagement mechanics for the WhatsApp group, including incentive and donor-facing messaging. The volunteer will also develop an implementation plan with tips, tools, and troubleshooting guidance to support successful execution during the active campaign.

Boosting runner fundraising will directly increase support for families of children with special needs and advance the Friendship Circle mission. Volunteers will help deepen donor engagement, empower teen volunteers to practice altruism and compassion, and raise community awareness and support.

We have an active WhatsApp group, real-time donation visibility, email tools, a small prize budget, and a recruiter ready to manage daily engagement. Volunteers will have quick check-ins and access to campaign data, and our team will implement recommendations during the 3-week timeline.

The Friendship Circle exists to bring happiness and companionship to children and young adults with special needs by celebrating their individuality, as well as bringing energy, support, and peace of mind to their families. To do this, we focus on developing the values of altruism, compassion, and acceptance in our teen volunteers as we heighten community awareness and sensitivity and encourage a sense of responsibility and involvement.
