A stakeholder outreach plan and toolkit to thank 2025 participants, collect feedback, share news about the 2026 event, and confirm interest in participating again. Includes audience segmentation, outreach workflow, messaging templates for each group, and recommended tracking methods. Specifics will be provided during volunteer interviews.

This outreach will strengthen relationships with partner organizations, volunteers, performers, vendors, and sponsors, surface improvements for future events, and encourage repeat participation—helping Focusing Our Resources for Community Enlightenment improve quality of life, build community resiliency, and inspire collective action.

Details will be provided (contact lists and any past notes). Our team will be available to brief the volunteer, review drafts, and implement the finalized plan. We will coordinate access to stakeholders and provide timely feedback so the volunteer can complete the work effectively.
