Grant Strategy Support

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Pro Bono Volunteer Grant Consultant to advise our team on building an effective grant strategy. This individual will provide high-level guidance to a team of five entry-level volunteer grant writers, helping us establish a clear process, roles, and action plans. The consultant will support us in developing a sustainable grant approach that aligns with our mission and goals.

Responsibilities
• Lead 1–2 initial strategy sessions to create a grant roadmap.
• Help define roles and responsibilities for our volunteer grant team.
• Share best practices and mentor our volunteer team in developing their grant-writing skills.
• Answer occasional questions and provide ongoing recommendations as needed.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in grant writing and grant strategy for nonprofit organizations.
• Strong understanding of the grant application and funding process.
• Ability to break down complex processes for entry-level team members.
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
• Commitment to supporting Season to Soar’s mission and willingness to volunteer time pro bono.

Commitment
• 1–2 initial strategy sessions (virtual).
• Flexible, occasional support (as needed) for consultation, reviews, and feedback.

Your expertise will directly help Season to Soar expand its reach and secure critical funding to empower youth, strengthen communities, and promote global citizenship.
