Empowering Executive Leadership

Our goal for this Taproot Project is to empower our executive leadership with coaching that will directly strengthen AMGHS’s ability to deliver equity-driven infrastructure solutions. As we scale wildfire recovery, trauma-informed housing, and EV mobility initiatives, this coaching will enhance our strategic clarity, stakeholder alignment, and emotional resilience. Volunteers will help us lead with purpose and precision—ensuring our mission translates into measurable impact for marginalized communities across California and beyond. The Volunteer will be working for 2-5 hours with us per week for a limited number of weeks.

The volunteer will support of our mission to create a meaningful impact in our communities by helping our leadership go through coaching. This, will directly translate to our team's abilities to improve and thus to deliver equity-driven infrastructure solutions.

Volunteers will help us lead with purpose and precision—ensuring our mission translates into measurable impact for marginalized communities across California and beyond. Leaving us with a Leadership Development Plan that provides our team with a clear, actionable path to grow beyond the project. Details will be provided.
