Stakeholder Research
Our current efforts have been focused on identifying and engaging key stakeholders, but as a newly launched nonprofit, we recognize the need for more structured and comprehensive research. We are looking for individuals or teams with expertise in market research, data analysis, and community engagement to help us gather and analyze stakeholder data. This will enable us to make informed decisions and build stronger, more supportive networks.
To prepare for this stakeholder research, we have begun mapping our current stakeholders and gathering preliminary data on their needs and preferences. We are also developing surveys and feedback mechanisms to collect more detailed information. With the right support, we aim to deepen our understanding of our stakeholders, improve our programs, and strengthen our community ties, ultimately enhancing the effectiveness and reach of Creshendo’s mission.
